Refund Policy
We want you to pay for Munin only if it works for you. This policy applies to all paid plans sold by Munin Labs, Inc.
1. First payment: 14 day refund
If Munin isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
2. Renewals
Monthly and annual renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of an error on our side, contact us and we will refund the charge in full, whenever it happened.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@muninlabs.ai from the address on your account and tell us which charge you are asking about. We reply within 2 business days.
5. When the money arrives
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
